What we collect

When you connect HubSpot, we store the access and refresh tokens needed to read contact and company data and the portal ID. When you connect Google, we store the tokens needed to create drafts in your Gmail account. We also store the email templates and variable mappings you create, and a log of automation runs (HubSpot contact ID, draft ID, status, error details).

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to create personalized Gmail drafts on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your HubSpot or Gmail data for advertising or model training.

Google API services

Email Drafter's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data deletion

You can disconnect HubSpot or Google from the Integrations page at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page.
