Service

Email Drafter creates Gmail drafts from new HubSpot contacts based on templates you define. The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of templates and the emails you ultimately send, for complying with applicable email and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), and for keeping your HubSpot and Google credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use Email Drafter to send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or any content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Email Drafter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
